Marketplace disclaimer

CapeGen Community Marketplace provides the platform that connects buyers, sellers, service providers, employers and job seekers. Transactions happen directly between users. CapeGen is not a party to any sale, service agreement, or employment relationship.

Listing rules

• No firearms, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, live animals for trade, or other prohibited items.
• Listings must be accurate. Misleading listings will be removed.
• The R20 listing fee is non-refundable once the listing is published.

Refund & dispute policy

Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes directly first. CapeGen offers mediation through the dispute centre for transactions with a recorded booking or payment on the platform.
